A blower keeps air in the unit the entire time. Once unplugged it deflates. We need an outlet within 50 feet of the unit, or a generator. Do parks have electricity?<\/summary><p>Yes, we set up at parks, but most parks do not have electricity. If you want a park setup, you must rent a generator. Parks are first come, first serve, so get your spot early.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>What payments do you take?<\/summary><p>Cash or credit cards. If paying cash, have exact change. Drivers do not carry cash.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>Do you require a deposit?<\/summary><p>Yes. All orders require a $50 credit card deposit. It is fully refundable if you cancel at least 8 days before the rental date. If you cancel 2-7 days prior, you get a rain check good for 1 year.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>What if we need to cancel?<\/summary><p>Cancel at least 8 days before for a full deposit refund. Check the space listed on each unit. Jumps need room to be staked, room for the blower, and cannot rub walls or trees. If you have stairs or a tiered backyard, call the office before you book.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>What about the big units?<\/summary><p>Check the requirements listed with each unit. We need at least 4 feet of access to the setup area. Some units weigh up to 650 pounds, so we need a clear path.<\/p><\/details>\n<details><summary>What surfaces do you set up on?<\/summary><p>Grass (best for kids), dirt, asphalt, and concrete. We cannot set up on rocks. The constant rubbing wears through the vinyl. Grass setups are staked. Hard surfaces and indoor setups use a different anchor system.
