Are your rentals clean?
Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained, and safe environment. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned by commercial vinyl cleaners, disinfected, and sanitized. Once the unit is clean, it will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.
Do your units contain any lead in the vinyl and are they safe?
All of our units are made from 100% lead free vinyl. Safety is not an option, it’s a REQUIREMENT, and the safety of your children is our #1 priority.
What type of parties and events do you provide rentals for?
Everything! Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, or celebration. You can find one of our vast selection of bouncers, water slides, and interactive units at occasions including but not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps, and much more!
Can I use a water hose on a bounce house?
Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, there are inflatables designed for use with water. We will be glad to let you know what water units are available for you to rent for your event. We do provide a water hose (25ft long) if inflatable is further please have a water hose present.
Does the rental have to be set up on grass?
Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.
Dunk Tank Frequently Asked Questions
What is a dunk tank?
A dunk tank is a large water-filled tank with a seat suspended above it. When a target is hit by a thrown ball, the seat collapses, and the person sitting on it falls into the water. It’s a classic attraction for fundraisers, parties, and community events.
Who can participate in a dunk tank?
Participants can range from kids to adults, but they must meet certain safety requirements. Typically, dunk tank participants must be able to safely sit on the seat and hold themselves above water. Weight limits may apply depending on the tank model.
Do you provide a person to sit in the dunk tank?
We can provide a trained attendant or volunteer to operate the dunk tank safely. This has an extra fee. Customers usually provide the participant(s) for the dunk tank. If you need an operator or a “celebrity” sitter, please request in advance. Do note that a person is required to be 54” or taller to be a sitter for the tank.
How much space is required for a dunk tank?
A typical dunk tank requires a flat, open area of ideally 20 ft long x 15 ft wide for throwing area. You must have 60” wide for it to pass through any gate. Indoor setups are possible if ceiling height allows and water containment is secure.
Is water included with the rental?
NO. You must provide your own water source and hoses. Check with your rental provider for specific requirements. Water is usually drained and removed by the client after the event for safety. It is a simple plug that is unscrewed to allow water to flow out.
How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes 30 minutes, depending on the location and accessibility. Our team will deliver, set up, and ensure the dunk tank is safe for participants. FILL time is dependent on your water source and pressure but should take about 1 hour on average.
What is the rental period?
Most rentals are for 4 or 8 hours, but extended rentals are available. Please ask about pricing for overnight or multi-day events.
Is there a weight limit for participants?
Yes, dunk tanks generally have a weight limit of 250 lbs. but limits may vary depending on the tank.
Is a dunk tank safe?
Yes, when used properly and with supervision, dunk tanks are very safe. Our tanks come with safety measures, such the ability to lock the seat when not in use. We have windows for viewing the participants as well. Participants should follow all instructions and avoid diving or standing on the tank.
Can dunk tanks be used in cold weather?
Dunk tanks are designed for warm-weather events. Water temperatures in cold weather can be unsafe or uncomfortable for participants but we do not have a way to provide heated water. We recommend a wet suit for polar plunging.
Can I rent a dunk tank for fundraising events?
Absolutely! Dunk tanks are a popular choice for fundraisers, school events, company picnics, and fairs. They’re a fun way to engage participants and raise money by having people pay for a chance to dunk a volunteer.
How do I book a dunk tank rental?

What happens if it rains on the day of my rental?
We monitor weather conditions for safety. Light rain may be okay, but heavy rain, storms, or lightning will require postponement or cancellation for safety reasons.

You can book a Santa in three ways:
- Timed Visit: Schedule Santa for a specific time. Perfect for company parties or longer home visits (15, 30, 45, or 60+ minutes).
- FLEX Time Visit: Ideal if you have a general window and just need a quick “stop by.”
- Specific Santa: Choose your favorite Santa from our team and book directly by their profile.
Can I book Mrs. Claus or other holiday characters?
Yes! You can book Mrs. Claus, elves, reindeer, and other live-action holiday characters for your event. Characters are available in standard or deluxe options.
