Our inflatables can be set up on grass, cement, concrete, asphalt, or even indoors with a different anchoring system available for every possible combination. When placing your reservation, please let us know on what type of terrain your rental will be installed. Inflatables that are setup on grass are anchored with long steel stakes, while inflatables that are setup on other surfaces or indoors are anchored with sandbags.

Delivery, Set up, Tear down and pick up are all included within the City of Winnipeg. We also provide a 50 or 100 ft 12 gauge extension cord. The only thing we do not provide is the garden hose. We do service the surrounding area, however, there would be a mileage fee. Please see the mileage FAQ for more information.

Yes! We service the surrounding area (generally within an hour drive of the perimeter. There is an additional mileage charge that takes into account fuel costs as well as wear and tear on our truck and trailer. Simply enter in your address when submitting for a quote to calculate this charge. Alternatively, you can also email, text or call us for an accurate quote. 

Yes! We are licensed by the city of Winnipeg and are approved to operate in all city owned parks and facilities that allow inflatables to be set up. Please ensure when you are booking a space in a city owned park that you check the box for inflatable use on your application. We also carry 2 million in commercial liability insurance as well. 

We use 18 inch spikes to secure the unit when possible. When setting up on a surface that does not allow for spikes, we will provide sand bags to secure it. Please note that we must use sand bags when setting up in any city owned park as they do not allow the use of spikes. 

We have a 100% weather guarantee. If your event has to be cancelled or postponed due to weather, we will either refund your deposit or reschedule your rental (subject to unit availability). Please note that the inflatable cannot be operated in rain, lightning or thunderstorms for safety reasons. Please see the FAQ on high winds.

Due to a recent incident in Quebec, our insurance, the province and the manufacturer have strict operating requirements for sustained high winds. Anytime the wind has a sustained speed of 24 km/hr or higher, the inflatable cannot be operated and cannot be set up. If we set the unit up and the winds increase later on during the day, you will receive a high wind warning from us. This will state that the unit must be turned off until such time as the winds decrease below 24km/hr. 

We do all day rentals (up to 12 hours). This ensures that you have plenty of time to enjoy the unit. Please note that we charge a daily, flat rate. If you choose to set specific pick up and drop off times that are less than 12 hrs, the price remains the same. 

Each blower requires a dedicated 15 amp GFCI outlet. Each blower draws between 7-11 amps, and if two are running off the same outlet, it will trip the breaker. Please note that both obstacle courses require two blowers to operate. These will require two separate dedicated breakers to operate. 

Since we use 18″ spikes to secure the unit, please ensure there are no underground sprinklers, gas, fibre optic, electrical or any other lines that may interfere with the securement of the unit. We cannot stake in the front yard unless you contact “Click before you dig” manitoba. We suggest calling them 2 weeks in advance as they are quite busy in the summer. 

Please ensure there is nothing overehad that may interfere with the inflation of the unit. These include  tree branches, power lines or anything else that could damage the unit or lead to a safety issue. The dimensions of each unit are listed in the description of each inflatable. 

This only applies to the Ocean Battle and the Rocker Titan. These units are quite large and have a circumfrance of 36-40 inches when rolled up. This varies due to the material and how much water is in the unit at the time of pick up. Please ensure if you have a gate that it is at least 40 incles wide to prevent an issue on delivery or pick up. If the gate is not measured prior to your event and the unit does not fit, you will not receive a refund on our deposit and we will not be able to set up.
