What is the Gaming Bus?
Our Gaming Bus is a luxury mobile video game theater equipped with multiple high-definition
screens, surround sound, comfortable seating, and the latest gaming consoles. We bring the
ultimate gaming party directly to your location.
What games are available?
We offer popular titles suitable for various age groups including sports, racing, action, and
multiplayer party games. Specific game requests can be made in advance.
How many players can play at once?
Typically, 12–20 players can play simultaneously depending on the gaming setup and package
selected.
Do you provide a host?
Yes! Every Gaming Bus booking includes a trained Game Coach to manage gameplay, assist
players, and ensure a smooth and fun experience.
What are the space and parking requirements?
We require a flat parking area approximately 45–60 feet long and 12 feet wide. Access to the
location must allow safe entry for a large vehicle.

What is a 360 Photo Booth?
The 360 Photo Booth captures slow-motion, panoramic videos of guests standing on a platform
while a rotating camera records fun, shareable content.
How do guests receive their videos?
Videos are instantly shared via text message, email, or QR code for immediate download and
social media posting.
Is an attendant included?
Yes, a professional attendant is always included to assist guests and manage equipment.
How much space is required?
We typically need a 10x10 ft area with access to a standard electrical outlet.
Can branding be added to videos?
Absolutely! We can customize overlays with logos, event names, and themes for corporate
events and special celebrations.

A Foam Party uses a professional foam machine to create mountains of clean, cool foam for a
high-energy outdoor experience.
Is the foam safe?
Yes! Our foam solution is non-toxic, biodegradable, hypoallergenic, and safe for kids, pets, and
the environment.
What are the setup requirements?
We require:
- Outdoor space (grass or pavement)
- Access to water supply
- Electrical outlet
- Adequate drainage area
How long does the foam last?
Foam can last throughout the event depending on weather conditions and selected package
duration.
What should guests wear?
Swimwear or lightweight clothing is recommended. Towels and a change of clothes are also
advised.

date.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a new date depending on availability and
notice provided.
Do you travel outside your main service area?
Yes, travel outside our standard service area may include an additional fee.
